Cases are stored in anonymized form for statistics and promotion.
3. Response deadline
Each party has 48 hours to respond. After that, the AI judge rules without the response.
4. Ruling visibility
The ruling is visible for 48 hours after publication.
5. Appeals
Appeals are only possible with paid options. The party filing the appeal pays.
6. Prices and points
Services are paid with points. Base rate: 100 points = €1.00. Case activation: Basic 100 points (€1.00), Friendly 150 points (€1.50), Professional 450 points (€4.50). Appeal: Friendly 150 points (€1.50), Professional 450 points (€4.50). The appealing party pays. New users receive 250 free points on first registration. The full price list is available in the footer.
